From HWY 401 to Focus Eye Centre
travel north on HWY 16, which will become four lane HWY 416
access Queensway Eastbound (HWY 417) towards Ottawa
From HWY 417 — Eastbound
exit at Carling/Kirkwood exit
you are on Carling Avenue Eastbound — get into the far left lane
turn left at the first lights (Kirkwood)
turn left again at the first lights (Carling Avenue Westbound)
see Carling Executive Park on the right (3 large silver buildings)
turn into Park — 1565 Carling is the furthest building west
there is a three level parking lot behind 1565 Carling Avenue
From HWY 417 —- Westbound
exit at Carling/Kirkwood exit
you are on Carling Avenue Westbound
pass two sets of lights (Kirkwood and Saigon Street)
see Carling Executive Park on the right (3 large silver buildings)
turn into Park — 1565 Carling is the furthest building west

From HWY 401 to Focus Eye Centre
Travelling east or west on Highway 401, take Montreal St. — exit #619 and
follow Montreal St. for 6km. This will bring you directly to the Hotel Dieu Hospital.
We are located on the third floor — Suite 325. Take the main lobby elavators to
third floor. Turn right when you get off the elevator, and go to the end of the hall,
where you'll find Focus Eye Centre offices.
Parking is available in the parking garage located across the street from the Hotel Dieu.
